Health Is Your Greatest Asset

I'm Dr. Alka. I create personalised longevity strategies for those who refuse to leave their future to chance.

Dr Alka Patel

Three moments changed everything.

The doctor I was, the patient I became, and the daughter who finally understood what time is worth. For 18 years I worked inside conventional medicine as a conventional GP, and a junior hospital doctor before that. And kept seeing the same limit. We only stepped in once someone was already ill. Even though the body had been whispering for years before it started to shout.

I was hospitalised on my own birthday, not knowing if I would see my children again.

That was the moment everything I had built started to feel fragile, and my own health suddenly felt urgent. And then I met Motu. He was 106, sharp, agile, independent. He showed me what I actually wanted longevity to mean. Years that are vibrantly lived.

So I stopped waiting for people to get ill and started measuring what really mattered. I focused on my lifestyle. I tested myself and took more than 30 years off my own biological age. I spoke through a TEDx stage to over 250,000 people about it. And I built the Million Hour Method.

Living younger, for longer.

More years only matter if those years still have energy, a clear head, confidence and purpose in them. My whole job is to help you stretch out the years where you feel genuinely alive, capable, and fully yourself.

A doctor first, all the way through.

I am a doctor who has lived inside medicine, been through my own health scare, and built a method that turns complicated science into things you can actually do.

Doctor, coach and therapist in one

I read the lab data, I understand the behaviour, and I work with the emotions sitting underneath most health decisions.

Clinical credibility, and a bit of charisma

I can sit one-to-one with a private client, speak to a room of 4,000, and go on television, and still make the science feel personal.

I test myself first

I took more than 30 years off my own biological age. So when I ask you to do something, I have already done it myself.

Data-driven health

I do not guess. I measure, I interpret, I adjust. I join the dots. So you do the right thing, at the right time, in a way that is right for you.

Yes, there are a lot of letters after my name.

I love learning, and the qualifications reflect that. What it really means is one person who brings medical precision, real-world empathy, therapy insight and clear coaching to the same table.
