Who is the creator behind LQ?
Hi, I’m Dr Alka Patel, an internationally recognised Doctor and Longevity Expert. I use Lifestyle First medical approach with a strategic self-care ethos to enable ambitious people to take measurable action on their longevity.
After a significant breakdown in my own health through burnout, I found it wasn’t the drugs that had nurtured me back to my life, but my lifestyle choices that had the biggest impact. I made a radical, research-backed shift in my practice and approach, with a determination to live the longest, healthiest life possible…and I’m now over 30 years younger than my biological age!! During my years of researching, speaking, and coaching on Lifestyle Medicine I designed the LQ test to ensure you too can live longer, younger and have the autonomy to make the strategic lifestyle choices that I wish I’d had.
