Which data points will we test?

We start by focusing on 5 key tests to ‘get A.H.E.A.D’ in your health. The 5 key tests include; Age, Hormones, Ecosystem, Anabolism, and DNA. The data we collect from these tests will inform your targeted actions.

What will each test reveal?

Age - you’ll be gauging your biological age compared to your chronological age. Vitality and longevity are associated with a younger biological age in comparison to your chronological age.  

Hormones - your hormones are your master controllers. We will specifically be focusing on the hormones associated with your stress, sleep, and sex. This includes cortisol, melatonin, oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and thyroid hormones

Ecosystem - we’ll be testing and zoning in on optimising your gut microbiome and intestinal permeability as this influences all other body systems.

Anabolism - how well does your body use energy and make energy? We’ll be looking at your nutrition profile, including how you utilise your macros (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) as well as looking at all your micros (vitamins and minerals). We’ll also test your omegas and toxin levels, optimising your anabolism, catabolism and metabolism to improve vital energy processes. 

DNA - We’ll test your unique genetic code and what you can do in your environment to utilise this to your advantage.

And then we add even more, unlimited bespoke tests based on your unique needs and goals… cancer screening, cardio-lipid profiling, Alzheimers screening, methylation testing, food sensitivity analysis…

Glucose: I will support you in using a Continuous Glucose Monitor to track and read your blood sugar levels, which we will use to optimise how and when you eat and move.

Oxidation: By using a metabolic metre we’ll look at when you’re burning fat and when you’re burning sugar and work together to build metabolic flexibility so you can train your body into how to give and gain energy.

Arteries: I will also support you in gaining the lifelong skill of tracking your own blood pressure.

Light: We’ll use various light devices covering the spectrums of red light, infra-red light and blue light to optimise your circadian rhythm.

Sleep: You’ll receive a bio-data ring to track and optimise your sleep quality and duration, and monitor other critical variables like heart rate, heart rate variability, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and temperature.

You may have heard of Biohacking, but what actually is it?

Biohacking is the principles, practices and processes of getting to the C.O.R.E of your health with curiosity, ownership, responsibility and exploration.

It’s about getting right into your control centre, that’s the hacking bit and taking over control of your biology – that’s the bio bit.

And what does biohacking do?

What biohacking does is give you a way to create what I call, bio-synergy.

Bio-synergy is the harmonious integration of your body, brain and beliefs, where their collective interplay through your biology creates a greater whole, where every system in your body is connected.

Remember, nothing heals alone, hurts alone or works alone.

And what is crucially important with biohacking is that it’s centred around your bio-individuality

It’s about applying an individualised approach to your health. Which is where it differs from a more common medical approach to health. You see, medicine on the whole is based on a population based approach to health. The greatest good for the greatest number of people. So if you’re not feeling great and you go and see your usual doctor, you will get an individual diagnosis based on your individual symptoms and test results, but the advice that follows is less individualised and more general, more generic.

For example, if you’re diagnosed with high blood pressure, general advice is to take medication and eat less salt. If you're diagnosed with diabetes, general advice is to take medication and eat less sugar. If you have heartburn, general advice is to take medication and eat less fried food. The problem with general advice is that it might not apply to you, it might not be relevant to you, so that you find for example that no matter how much you minimise your salt intake, you just can’t get your blood pressure down, or no matter how much sugar you cut out you just can’t improve your diabetes or no matter how much you cut out fried food, your heartburn still gnaws at you. Plus the medication may not be ideal for you. And this is where taking control of your health starts to truly matter. So that you can take a personalised, precise, predictive approach to your health – through biohacking.

Because that’s what biohacking does. It allows you to use an even deeper level of personalised bio data about you, combined with this amazing time of technological advancements that you get to be alive in and utilise this to make decisions about your health with precision.
