Which data points will we test?
We start by focusing on 5 key tests to ‘get A.H.E.A.D’ in your health. The 5 key tests include; Age, Hormones, Ecosystem, Anabolism, and DNA. The data we collect from these tests will inform your targeted actions.
What will each test reveal?
Age - you’ll be gauging your biological age compared to your chronological age. Vitality and longevity are associated with a younger biological age in comparison to your chronological age.
Hormones - your hormones are your master controllers. We will specifically be focusing on the hormones associated with your stress, sleep, and sex. This includes cortisol, melatonin, oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and thyroid hormones
Ecosystem - we’ll be testing and zoning in on optimising your gut microbiome and intestinal permeability as this influences all other body systems.
Anabolism - how well does your body use energy and make energy? We’ll be looking at your nutrition profile, including how you utilise your macros (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) as well as looking at all your micros (vitamins and minerals). We’ll also test your omegas and toxin levels, optimising your anabolism, catabolism and metabolism to improve vital energy processes.

Arteries: I will also support you in gaining the lifelong skill of tracking your own blood pressure.

Sleep: You’ll receive a bio-data ring to track and optimise your sleep quality and duration, and monitor other critical variables like heart rate, heart rate variability, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and temperature.

The problem with general advice is that it might not apply to you, it might not be relevant to you, so that you find for example that no matter how much you minimise your salt intake, you just can’t get your blood pressure down, or no matter how much sugar you cut out you just can’t improve your diabetes or no matter how much you cut out fried food, your heartburn still gnaws at you. Plus the medication may not be ideal for you. And this is where taking control of your health starts to truly matter. So that you can take a personalised, precise, predictive approach to your health – through biohacking.
